Tartare de Atun con Aguacate – Sushi grade yellow fin tuna layered with fresh avocado and served with a cilantro – mango vinaigrette, soy sauce and crispy chips – $9.95.
Ecuadorian Shrimp Ceviche – Shrimp, avocado, tomato, cilantro, red onions and citrus juices. – $10.95.

Soups

Chupe – Nuevo Latino style chowder with little neck clams, shrimp and mussels. – $8.50.
Pacifico’s Onion Soup Gratinee – A Latin twist on the traditional version, served with a Manchego – cheese croute. – $6.95.

Ensalada Verde con Queso Manchego – Caesar salad with Manchego cheese, white anchovies, roasted cherry tomatoes and caesar vinaigrette(with grilled chicken, add $2.50; with grilled shrimp, add $4.50) – $7.50.
Ensalada de Remolacha – Beet and arugula salad with golden beets, raisins, goat cheese, topped with a lime-coconut vinaigrett. – $7.50
