Ensalada Verde con Queso Manchego –romaine lettuce withmanchego cheese ,roasted cherry tomatoes and a Caesar vinaigrette

Duck Quesadilla  – shredded Duck, with roasted peppers, smoked gouda cheese and cilantro served with roasted corn salsita, jalapeño aioli and pomegranate reduction

sun dried tomato, roasted garlic and aged parmesan cheese in a basil-cream sauce

Pollo al sarten – pan seared chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted garlic
