Ecuadorian Shrimp Ceviche – Shrimp, avocado, tomato, cilantro. red onions and citrus juices.
Empanada Tasting – Braised long island duck ropa vieja empanada and sirloin, potato and cumin empanada with a golden raisin-guajillo sauce.
Ensalada de Remolacha – Beet and arugula salad with golden beets, raisins, and goat cheese, topped with a lime coconut vinaigrette.

SECOND COURSE(Choose One)

Churrasco a la Parrilla – Grilled skirt steak with a Chino Latino-style stir-fried rice of sweet plantains and lobster topped with a saffron-mojito sauce.
Tilapia Con Cubierto de Platano Verde – Plantain-crusted tilapia with crabmeat, corn and tomato enchiladas, topped with a roasted tomatillo-jalapeno sauce.
Bocadillo de Camaron – Pan-seared shrimp with bacon, avocado, tomato, lettuce and chipotle mayonnaise in a flour tortilla.
Salmon Caramelizado – Penela-caramelized salmon with a ginger-chardonnay sauce, wilted spinach, and wild mushrooms.
